Somewhere over the Rainbow Waffles!
You need:
2 cups Bisquick
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
Gel Food Coloring (yellow, orange, red, purple, blue, and green)
6 Piping Bags or Ziplock Bags
First, mix Bisquick, eggs, and milk in a large bowl. Separate batter into 6 smaller bowls (about 1/3 cup each with a little more in the bowls for orange & red). Add gel coloring until desired brightness is reached.
Next, scoop batter into 6 Piping Bags (or Ziplock Bags like we did). Carefully cut one corner from the bag (or the end if you're using a piping bag).
Finally, pour batter color by color into your greased waffle maker, beginning with red. And cook according to waffle maker instructions.
Cut waffles in half and garnish with your favorite gold, whipped cream, Lucky Charms, or something else!
